APRIL 2021 - PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE

April brings spring showers: seeds we planted last year may come to bloom. Growth, for women in particular, seems to stem from having a solid foundation of self. Limiting beliefs are like a wilted flower waiting to tip over from gusts of wind. A strong core takes practice, just like a 30-day plank challenge.

Literally, it takes practice: What are you doing on a daily basis to build your core? Do you assert affirmations with conviction? Do you actively change a negative thought to a better thought?…
